My name is Matt Walter, and I am the founder of The Exercise Blueprint. I have more than 20 years of personal training experience, am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength Coach, and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I am also a former competitive powerlifter and CrossFit athlete. I have dedicated my life to helping others develop a life-long love of lifting weights, and work to provide you with the most extensive exercise library in the world!
